Actually $4000 is quite a big sum becoz i only bring with me $1500 along with my 5 family members.
that sum can give u a 5days 4 nights trip to beautiful tropical island such as langkawi and tioman island. these places are magnificent. i usually enjoy going there to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city life.
the water there is a clear as seeing through glass. believe me if u go there once u will want to go again.
total price on transport to go to langkawi maybe around S$250 and accomodation may be about S$500. thats going to be cheap aint it??

Well, I have just taken a trip to Hawaii. It included the airfare out of Indianapolis, hotel for 5 nights, rental car, and three attractions for 1000.00 a person. It was a package deal through Northwest Airlines.
Depending on how old the adults are there is also Las Vegas. I was just checking for a trip at the end of November. The trip is for 4 days and three nights. I can get airfare and hotel for around 350.00 per person again through Northwest. You can look at Vegas.com for different shows and costs.
For other trips try a travel agency or something like Northwest (or other airlines) travel packages. I have even found some cruises with the airfare for under 1000.00 per person. The cost to depends on weather it's off season or not.

Dude, if you've got four grand burning a hole in your pocket for xmas, then you have several options. I have a couple of questions for you. 1) do you wanna spend a grand on each person? 2) do you want to get really nice gifts and pocket the rest? Well, if two is your answer, don't think about clothes. Think electronics. There are some really nice digital recorders that are extremely reasonable. Make sure that you get each one the same thing so that they won't feel slighted. You should make out pretty well, and have $$$ left. Pocket that after you get really nice hallmark cards to go with your gifts. Those cards can be your personal touch! Good Luck.

A train ride to anywhere in North America. Maybe you can tour America by train.
