On halloween. Should I go? What should I wear? Costume or normal girls clothes? Please help, I have no idea what I'm doing!!

Wear normal girl clothing. Make sure it's extremely tight though and show off your legs.

Wearing girls clothes is something no guy should ever be shy about. It's part of being a guy! They say every guy in the world has at least one experience with crossdressing. In fact, once you get under way, you'll probably realize you know a lot more than you're admitting to. I suggest a complete overhaul for the occasion -- bra, panties, pantyhose, heels, slip, dress, makeup, some jewelry, and a wig. Borrow what you can from a sister or female friend, and get whatever else you might need from a second-hand store.

Watch the movies Prescilla Queen of the Desert, and To Wong Foo (<--Spelling?) Both these movies will give you a good idea of what drag queens look like.
With drag queens, everything tends to be a bit over the top (in general, not every drag queen)
Think lots of sparkles, exaggerated eyebrows, and lip lines, fun wigs, and hair colors, very high heels, try platforms.

You definetly don't need to get that elaborate for one night, but that is a nice reference.
Personally I would go to value village, pick up a sparkly dress, some heels, and a wig, and get a friend to do your makeup, you will do great!

You should definitely do it if you're confident enough! And, I always believe that if you're going to do something, you should go all the way with it. I mean fishnets, a short skirt, and heels. Watch Rocky Horror Picture Show for ideas!
It's a TON of fun to see guys in drag on Halloween, and even more fun to be the one hanging outh with them!

Find a female friend of family member who is close in size and height to you and wear some of her clothes. Wear eyeshadow, lipstick or lip gloss, mascara....the works. I'm sure you have a female in your life that will show you how to put all that stuff on. Good luck!

wear girl clothes but if you want to make it like a costume, make sure to paint your face like a drag queen....good examples in the movie To Wang Foo, Thanks for Everything.....although Wesley Snipes was a very ugly woman!
