are they harmless or part of an eternal battle of good and evil, do we in some small way sway the outcome of a higher cosmic power? basically are they more significant than we give them credit???

The older I get the more I have come to realize that every "word" that is "spoken", returns to either "haunt" you "reward" you. An act, done on your part deliberately, will return, even on your family,loved ones, children (if you have any). I am a FIRM believer! Remember, that EVERY WORD that is SPOKEN, becomes HISTORY! (even this response) So YES, the majority of the population of the World, doesn't even have knowledge of this. So the constant wars, upheavals,famine,floods,earth quakes, - ALL - raining down on us - and we still continue. The masses never learn. I am so grateful for your question, keep them coming, the more you learn about "cosmic power", the more you can change the course of your life,and make ALL your dreams come true. Your on the right path.

What is the measure of big or small? The same as for good and bad?
Can something really be 'very good' or 'a little bit bad'?
I'd say the best plan it to aim to be good all the time. If you get it wrong and do something wrong without meaning to, learn from it, put it right if you can and forget it and move on.

hmm. that's ineteresting. i guess it depends on what kind os small misdeed it is. like maybe giving an enemy the wrong directions to a job interview? well, whatever the case may be, i think it is part of the battle of good vs evil, but myabe an internal struggle, since those who are good sometimes slip up and do something "naughty".

Each and every one of our deeds touches someone or something else. Everything has significance - if you live long enough and pay attention, you'll see proof of this over and over.
We should be mindful of how we affect our surroundings... things have a way of sneaking up from behind and biting us in the ***.

Assuming 'small deeds' are small does that mean 'wrong doings' are also of the small kind?
All actions are made of small acts in its sequence with no meaning independent of their total intention in the actor. Acts of genius and stupidity are made of these small simple mean-nothing actions. Multiply them by the total world human population and animal population they in their consummated effects form the totality that is life history. Is that as valuable as the good/evil duality? I think so.

if governed by a cosmic power I'd say yes but the judgement of people, laws and courts often prove to be wrong.
if two people have opposing opinions and beg to differ then where is right or wrong?
only karma can answer.

It is all ways wrong to deliberately mislead, though at times inevitable.The smallest wrong or lie will allways have unexpected results, thus should be avoided if possible.
