Al is so funny!!! when I first started watching the show I didn't like him but as time went on i realized HE IS THE AVERAGE MAN. I never did figure out how he did supported his family on a shoe salesman salary<<< with Peg, Bud and YOU,,, ALWAYS with their hands out wanting money and he always had it to give them. I miss the show and still watch the reruns

You had to understand his type of humor to like him, which I totally LOVED! Married with Children is hella funny as well as all the cameo's and movies he's been in. He was even funny in his small part in Wayne's World, but he'll always be remembered as AL Bundy! The hand down the pants, "Oh Peg", insulting shoe salesman, remote control holdin, funny dad!

I think AL was funny ..when his show first aired..he opened up a whole new realm of "comedy" on TV. Now he is funny only to certain group of TV watchers that aren't in to gross fun when i am in a somber mood and need a good laugh sometimes he makes me laugh but not always it just depends on the mood of the day..i actually laugh more at his daughter then him because if there were ever a true dumb blond she plays one well...i am blond so no offense to you blonds

Al was very funny, but he was also usually very right. I am curious as to the answer calling him a racist. I don't ever recall any racist comments or acts by him. The only thing he hated was his life.

married w/children was my boyfriend's favorite show and we used to watch it all the time. i like kelly bundy and buck. the show is funny, al is too dirty but he's ok.
