Before the law was enacted, Washington was one of 14 states where bestiality had not been explicitly prohibited.

Well, it's against the law to whistle underwater in VA.
I thought it was only illegal to do that in WA if the animal didn't enjoy it. Did anyone ask her? LOL

i find it very strange that there are 13 more states where its perfectly ok so have sex with an animal, but then again i did come across and old law which states that; it is against the law to ride a pig whilst under the influence of alcohol. (im asuming they mean ride as in to ride a bike, since this law is at least a hundred years old). still very weird!
