We float too!!! Unless you died via gangstas. Then YOU'LL NEVER FLOAT. Gagged, Bagged, Cement Blocks...OR...Chopped into itty bitty pieces to feed the fish that are alive in there....

First the fish floats to the top because of all the air and decomposing gases inside the fish. Eventually, it will sink to the bottom. The same happens with humans. They will bloat and float and then sink in the drink.

Not true. When humans die or are dead in water, they bloat, and will float to the top for awhile. So do fish. Fish also eventually sink after dying. I had a fish die once when I was a kid, and after a week he fell to the bottom.

If the fish die in your aquarium they float to the top. You then scoop them up and flush them down the toilet. When humans die in water they can float to the top too, unless of-course their tied to a cement block!! When you find a human, dead in the water you call the police and let them dispose of them. Remember do not touch anything because of forensics's. We can not touch the evidence!

Floating of fish after death depends on the condition of their swim bladder. If it was filled with air, fish would float for quite some time, if not, fish will sink.
When humans drown, usually, no or almost no air is left in their lungs so the body goes down. Still, for humans it is quite dependent (if the body has increased level of fat, it will float to the surface)
Plus, after some time, decomposition gases, gathered in cavities of a body might emerge it.

When humans die in water they swell up and float. Hence why gangsters used to give concrete boots

fish have swim bladders - basically a big air sac. so when they die they float to the top because there is still air in this sac. humans don't have this, so they sink.

not true at first humans may sink but then also float because of trapped air and develloped gasses from decomposition
,but as soon as the tissues are rotten and broken because of time or animals or fish and the trapped air or gasses have escaped ,they will sink again

Unless something has pulled them down, people also float when they die in water.

Dead humans rise once they've decayed sufficiently for the bacteria farts to have accumulated sufficiently to cause the body to bloat and float.
