Where is the border between the Pacific and Atlantic oceans and does Chile have coastline on both oceans?

This is a highly debatable question. It comes down to geographical definition. If the geographically recognised split between the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans at the south end of South America is considered to occur at Cape Horn; then 'yes' Chile has an Atlantic coastline (at Cape Horn [which is in Chile] and on some islands to the North and East of Cape Horn. If the split is defined as the Eastern point of Tierra Del Fuego in Argentina then 'no' Chile is Pacific coastline only. Have a look at the map below and make your own determination.

Actually, it looks like Chile has *some* coastline with the Atlantic Ocean when you look at this picture...
