I have an IPod mini and I was thinking of buying an Ipod Nano. But I friend of mine said they are the same the Nano is just newer. Is she right??

Well, I guess I will go against the trend and say ipod video. The smallest one is 30 GB and hold music, pictures and videos. I love the video option as I can watch movies and tv shows on my ipod. It is a bit bigger, but I dont mind it as I have a cover that attaches to my belt. As for mini vs nano, I would say that you should save your money. The nano is smaller but not by much. In terms of memory, I believe you can hold more songs in the mini.

The ipod nano is a whole lot better than the mini no offense. I have a nano and i just love it. the minis r slow and they r biggr but the nanos r so skinny they r awesum!! u shuld get 1

You would have to get a Nano, Mini's aren't produced anymore, you would only be able to get them used. The Nano served as the replacement for the Mini, as the Mini was discontinued as soon as the Nano was introduced.

NO!!! IPod nanos hold 2000- 5000 and Minis hold 5000 to something higher. Don't change ure IPods.

I've got a mini too but i really want a nano, however, there seems to be some minor technical problems with them so i would say wait until more people have them to experience them!!!

No, the Nano has smaller storage space. Stick with your mini.

yes. The nano looks really cool but photos are unessesary for an ipod. All you need it for is the musci. Nanos also break easily.

well I don't know about iPod mini's but I really like my nano, it's so small and it's just great. there's a new improved one out as well, it comes in all different colours it's super cool.

I love my Nano it was a pressie last year Wouldn't swap it for the world-it doesn't do much holds about 1gb music and photos, calendar contacts and games. These days they are about 2 Gb I think.

i have an ipod nanao, and my friend has the mini. personally, i like nanos better, and now they come in new colors, adn with a brighter backlight...the screen is in color too, so another benefit from having a nano.
