Take off the side panel and see if you can see something in there thats broke with it UNPLUGGED

get a paperclip and look at the front of the cd drive. there should be a little hole there. stick the clip in and push.... the drive SHOULD open. Make sure only one disc is in at a time. If there is only one, go inside the tower (open up the computer) and check to make sure the little power plug going from the power supply to the drive is fully seated in the slot. This should work. If it doesn't, you may need to check the continuity from the power supply. This is unlikely though if the rest of the computer is running smoothly.

- You may have put two CDs in it and it became stuck.
- You may have put one CD incorrectly and it stucked the drive.
- The reason may be neither.
