It would depend - I'd have to weigh up the personal benefits I get, against what the other person is doing.
In general, I don't have an objection to people playing the system or taking advatage of buisnesses, so if it was something like that, I'd probably turn a blind eye.

NO, not at all that is wrong to turn a blind eye. I've had that happen to me many places that I have worked at, the management always did this to please the lazy people that were too lazy to work and I always got shafted up the behind.

When you get onto this roller -coaster, you find that it can accelerate very fast and having been once corrupted, you are then unable to say no to future offers.
Only take the left hand path if you wish this to be a permanent feature of your life, forever taking a little extra and giving up so much.
