Assuming it's not a diesel since you didn't mention that, and also assuming it's fuel injected, because you gave no info for anything different, it will be a 3.8 FI

most common, is the 200thm, but need to know more information. Count the bolts, and look at the pattern of the pan, any NAPA, can tell you from there.
