Well, unfortunately you cannot sell them or recycle them into decent literature.
The US Congress passed a law just a couple of years ago forbidding spam, canned the "CAN SPAM" act.
So, you should not be receiving any spam if you live in the US. If you do, write your Congressman and ask him what is up with that law and tell him how you want it changed to fix it.
Right now, you as a victim of spam cannot sue the spammer, even if they spam you ever single day, as you say "Kayla" does.
That is because there is a clause in the law that prevents you from suing.
Odd, isn't it - that a law that supposedly intended to prevent something (which, from your explanation is not doing the job) also bars people from suing for the very thing it supposedly prevents, thus protecting it?!
Microsoft and some other big ISPs have pocketed millions of dollars in fines they are allowed to sue spammers for.
Unlike them, you do not have a paid lobbiest in the capital - but you do get a vote: ISPs are corporations, and they cannot vote.
So figure out what you want, and vote for it. Just remember to ask yourself "am I getting played" when you do. A lot of people will try to manipulate you around election time, and only you can educate yourself.
Remember, if you do not educate yourself now before election day, you will have 700 more days to educate yourself before anyone cares about your vote again.

Yahoo and Hotmail do their very best to block out this kind of mail from going into your in-box. Be happy that they filter this spam mail into your bulk folder or junk folder.
If you have ever gone into a porn site, or gambling site or job search site, it is possible they have picked up your IP address and they will send you spam for atleast one month.
Never open them, if you do they have ways of knowing and will continue to send as they think you have interest in their spam.
Just delete all of your spam from your bulk file or junk mail file.
I am sure that you are not that lazy with being able to delete the spam.
If it comes into your inbox you can report to abuse@yahoo.com if that is where it arrived. You must always open your options box and check of under mail preference "full header", and then drop down to the bottom of the page and check off save.
Then send the email as, "in-line text". Yahoo will investigate an after their investigation they find that the sender violated the EULA, they will shut down their account.

I just dump them into the delete bin; most of those go into bulk mail without my ever seeing them, and I empty that periodically(or Yahoo does for me).
