I have a girl who is my best friend. We are both 17 years old. We both have know each other our whole lives and our parents have know each other since they were in high school. I am worried if I tell Jen how I feel about her and she does not feel the same way that it could mess our friendship up. What should I do?

you must "not should " tell her because you might lose your true love by that thought in your mind which might be right or wrong , I'm a girl and if I were that girl , i will be waiting for you to come and tell me if I love you , and if not , your noble feelings towards me will not destroy our lifetime friendship as I appreciate you as a friend , and actually I respect those guys who tell about their love without fear , as it says that they are brave and want their love to live , so go for it , use nice words , appropriate time , and tell what you have to say step by step and see if she encourages you , good luck

umm i think that you should tell her how you feel because most great relationships start out as friendships. but if she doesnt like you that way or something dont sweat it if you two have known each other for a long time you should be able to be friends again without anything being strange. youll never know if you dont ask chances are shell feel the same way and possibly ask why you waited so long.

You need to see if she is giving you any signs that say she likes you romantically. It's hard to tell which signs because I don't know how you two normally interact but If signs are not apparent test the waters and see how she responds. Do something you never do like hold her hand or put your arm around her. Don't scare her off. Do something small and if she moves away or doesn't respond you know to back off.

do u think she likes you????? if you see signs that she kinda likes you than go for it, but if you thinks ur just a goog frend than dont even go there. it might ruin ur frendship. ask one of her frends to ask her wut she thinks about you and then build from there!
