I think we all worry at times concerning our family. We all want them to be happy and safe and have a wonderful life.
If you are afraid of losing control that says a lot right there. Why would you lose control? I am sure they love you and I am sure we are all human and as long as we do our best to insure we are building our family into a happy and well functional one we are doing good. None of us are perfect and we will make mistakes and as long as it does not harm to others it is okay.
If you are really afraid of losing "control" however it could mean that you feel that your main responsibility is to control. I hope not as too much being in control will not allow people around you to make their mistakes and grow.
As far as being afraid of yourself and losing control, this does not sound very good. I think it is time to find out what you are angry about. Could be something a little counseling will help you with and that is okay if you seek it. There are a lot of people that need it at one time or another in their lives so get help if that is the issue here. You will feel much better for it.Good luck and keep your chin up!
