Homeopathy works best for me. Herbals are second. Aromatherapy is third. However, I usually combine all three therapies. Check with your health food store to see if there is a naturopath or homeopath they would recommend. If not, you can check the links below to find one. The first one is for a homeopath. The second one is for Soul Doctor on Answers (he gives knowledgeable, free advice regarding homeopathic remedies). The third link is to find a naturopath near you.

I used to get sinus, strep, bronchitis, and upper respiratory infections constantly. The last time I had one, I was on six different kinds of antibiotics, and none of them would touch it. That's when I switched to alternatives. I haven't been that sick since.

Its actually good that you're coughing up all that phlegm, that means you have a productive cough. I do hope that you are under a doctor's care because if you do have an upper respiratory infection it needs to be treated with anti-biotics. Maybe your doctor can prescribe a productive cough med for during the day and something that will help you sleep at night??

I know what you mean but see a qualified medical doctor and see if they'll give you a Z-pak (Zithromax). I used to getting really frustrated with doctors giving me stuff that didn't work but I'm lucky, I live near the Mexican border and get antibiotics in Mexico then cut out the "middle man" (doctor) and just take them when I need them.

If you're like me, the only thing that works on bronchitis is the Zithromax.

I had chronic bronchitis for over a year, and nothing seemed to help. I tried taking Echinacea and my bronchitis was gone forever. It worked for me, you should try it. There are no side-affects as far as I know.

See a doctor and have it diagnosed so proper medication can be issued. Upper respiratory infections can lead to heart problems if not tended to.
