That doesn't always mean they're bisexual. Sometimes bands like to joke around and do weird stuff. Like Bert and Quinn from the Used for instance. Just good friends joking around.

That isn't actually them. however Ryan and Brendon are touchy. but he is not bisexual. I have a friend who is the who guys in the pictures friend, she has more pics of those two guys also.

ok cant two guys make out without being bi and besides it matters on the pic if its the one in black and white thats an impersonation they are best friends and they love each other that doesnt mean they are bi and besides brendon knows what he what the girls want which is them making out and dont u love ur best friend?? i happen to be in love with panic! and guess what i dont care what they are its there music that matters not the looks even though they are hot! lol looks arent everything OMG

you know, it really doesn't matter
anyway, these days people shouldn't be labeled as gay or bi or whatever so early. their only 19 or so and u need time to figure out their sexuality.
but who really cares? i'll love them whatever they do
