do some women just get pregnant to get money from the government?

Oh yeah, welfare women do it all the time, as you get alot more money from welfare with more children. The problem is thats bringing more children into a poor environment with parents that didn't have them for pure reasons, meaning theres a high chance they'll be neglected and continue on the trend of poverty when they become adults

yes I think some do. Some women also get pregnant just to get child support also. It is horrible but it does happen.

There are indeed some people who do that.
They can't think of any better way to make a living.
There have also been reported cases of mothers having children, killing them, and hiding the bodies to keep the money coming.
This is one social problem which I have no ideas on how to fix. :(

yeah. do you think most women really want 10 kids.? i'm not saying all of the families with that many kids are in it for hte money but you gotta figure at least some of them are.

absolutely...i once worked i a medical office and this female actually told me this is what she does so she doesn't have to work, the govt pays for housing, food stamps, day care, school, clothes, doctors for pregnancy and delivery, and money for each child to support them each month...she had 5 children and was on number 6...if that isn't enough, she was here illegally from mexico and lived with her 'husband' but told social services she was single...

saddly, Yes.. I know a girl who milks welfare and she sits on her a** at home.. Me, I work full time at one job and part time at another.. But to answer your question, there are people who keep having kids to get state assistance.

i think some women who receive assistance stay home all day and have nothing better to do then have sex and make babies and thats why they stay on the system
