It's a feeling that creeps up on you and you know it's coming and the contemplation is exciting. It's a bit like an electrical pulse that starts to tingle slightly, and pulsate, then moves up and as it gets to the brain all the impulses start to vibrate and tingle more and more and more and more until you think you can't take it any more but you want the feeling to never leave, you feel like you are going to leave your body and you become numb then it starts again until you finally come down to earth and then you just collapse into the arms of the one who made you feel so so so out of this world while the pulsation slows down. At the end your body feels so relaxed. Well that's what it feels like for me.
