There are so many poker sites around and some are dodgy. If you read the small print you will find that they do not guarantee a connection. I've not heard of the two sites you mention but you could try William Hill who are quite reliable. I also use Titan Poker and Ultimate Bet. All you have to do, with those sites, is to install their software and after registering, entering your password etc, you can start betting. I have lost connection occasionally with Titan Poker. They're supposed to have connection protection but I'm not sure how it works.
My suggestion would be to deposit the minimum and start with a reliable site. Do read the small print: there is one site that charges for maintaining an account even if you don't use it.
It is possible that you have a firewall that is preventing you from connecting. Make sure that your firewall knows about the program you are using to try to connect to a poker site. On some firewalls you have to tell them about new programs that connect to the Internet.

I am sorry but you have not included enough information. Please do not abbreviate your words when asking a question, as some just do not know what you mean when you do that. Are you Online now with your own computer to ask this question or are you using some other computer elsewhere? What type of broadband are you using and are you using a router or a hub with or without a switch or access point?
Do you have an adapter for wireless or are you connected via an RJ CAT 5 cable? When you say you disconnected everything, exactly what is "everything"? Do you have more than one computer, like a desktop and a laptop or two desktops or two desktops and a laptop, etc, do you have other things connected and how are they connected, like a priinter or a printer and a print server or an entertainment center with a remote and infrared or a wireless adapter, do you have a game console and is it using a wireless adapter or hooked up with a cable do you have your T.V hooked up too? In other words exactly what is "everything" and how was "everything" hooked up prior to your disconnecting "everything" and what type of computer are you using?
It really matter what type of connection you are using, just telling us you have BT Broadband is not enough. Are you directly connected via a modem or do you use a hub or router? And was it wired or wireless?
I can't answer any of your question unless you add more information. Perhaps after you add to your information somebody else here will be able to more fully help you fix your problem. Plus, the site you connect to for playing poker should not be a dialup connection as dialup is the least connectivity and will hinder your speed of transmission. Also, satilite is not a good choice either as packets have to go from your computer to the satilite, then from the satilite to the computer you wish to connect to, then from that computer back to the satlite and then from the satilite to your computer. Dailup would be better then satlite for playing games. A satilite connection is the last one you want for game playing.
Your best bet for a fast and reliable connection is a cable or DSL modem with a direct connection to the Intenet. You also do not want to share a connection with another computer via Windows Intenet Sharing feature as this splits the signal between all the computers on the line. If you use a hub with a switch or a router with a switch that is second best configuration. A Wireless Access point built into a router with a switch is the second best choice.
I am sorry I can't help you with the lost connection situation due to the lack of information, but I hope this points you in the right direction. Have a great day and I hope this is fixed soon. Have fun with the game!

RAM is an acronym for random access memory. First of all someone shouldn't be installing windows XP on a machine unless you have at least 512 MB of ram and preferably 1024MB. Thats my suggestion at least. RAM is just a place your computer needs to store all those windows and games and applications you are using while you're using them. You can buy more. I don't know what an Ei-s 102 system is, but if it's a desktop theres usually an extra slot. Laptops are usually capable of adding or swapping out RAM. You'll just need to know what kind of RAM to buy. I'd need to know a little more about the computer hardware.

Jony, bit confused here mate.
1. Did you install more memory or did you install a new hard drive?
2.Is it just the poker website that you keep losing the connection with or is it the internet in general?
3. Why is what called 'betzip'?
4. Have you paid your phone and internet bill?

well if your usind bt broadband and losing connection, i would advise calling bt for a line check, the program they use is called oneshot. and this will test for any faults.
also if your losing connection also scan for viruses, and spyware.

If your computer is not working properly when it is switched on, there is a hardware problem.

It's difficult to tell what your question is. However, online gambling is illegal.
