I'm a huge Lakers Fan, BUT I'd have to say T-Mac is a better teammate. Kobe is always blaming his teammates for loses, especially in that game 7 against the Suns. The funny thing about that is that he's hurting his team by not passing the ball to open teammates. On the other hand T-Mac is a better decsion maker when it comes to passing, and he makes a good duo with Yao Ming, when they are both healthy.

Kobe is a better teammate to have. he is a leader. he doesn't blame others for losses. he takes credit for both bad an good things when he's the reason why they happened. Yeah t-mac will pass, but he has better teammates. kobe has noone. he used to pass when he had shaq, fox, fisher, horry and all of those players. sure he has great teammates now, but the only sharpshooter they have is radmonovic and cook. sometimes parker, but he screwed up the lakers against the suns in the playoffs the last 3 games. kobe passed to him plenty of times, but man he missed most of them. kobe is better. t-mac is too overated.

I think they are both good team mates. If you recall Kobe tried to help T-Mac get the MVP of last years All Star Game in Houston. As far as the regular season is concerned you can say Kobe doesn't pass. But the fact is that his scoring average when up like 8 points last season and so did the Laker's wins.

more like who is the worst one in the nba. im saying t-mac, because kobe didnt pass whne he had shaq, while t mac passes with no one else on the team but yao.

they are both alright teamates but TMAC is the better of the two, even tho he needs to learn how play some goddamn defence
