If you have Yahoo email then go to
http://www.yahoo.com
and sign in with your id and password. Don't forget to sign out when you are done.
Same for hotmail or gmail or any other web-based email.

If it is an account on the Internet such as Yahoo or MSN, just go to the website and log in. If it is an outlook account, it needs to be set up on that computer.

If it's a webmail based account, i.e. hotmail or yahoo, then just sign in as you would on your own computer, and then log out and close the browser page.

That would depend on what they are using to get their email... with outlook all you need to do is go into outlook and email and add a new account.. if you know what your information is.. i.e. incoming email server, outgoing email server names..
