Tie one of 'em "betlogs" to the bed post using a small rope. The other to a dumbell. Make sure you're at the 2nd floor of the house. Throw the dumbell out of the window making sure it doesnt touch the ground. Without using your hands or feet try to pull the dumbell back.

Tie them with a rope to weights, like barbells or dumbells. Start with about 50 to 60 lbs and gradually work up to 200 lbs.

u cant make your testicles stronger but u can try try to put toys and stuff on top of it and make it lift
