Ok thank you for your answers. Allow me to be more specific. If the seabed was completely level how deep would the sea be?

Wise Guy,

The casing on the great pyramids was thieved in the Middle Ages for building material in ancient Cairo.

Isn't it more likely that over 5000 years that Earthquakes would loosen those stones, and then the residents pick up the pieces for building their homes.

Also, if there was a flood that deep, the Sphinx would show massive erosion all the way up to its head. Also, there are mortuaries all the way around the base of the pyramids, they would have been affected badly. If the flood went 400 feet up the pyramids, the Limestone of the Sphinx would have been seriously affected all over.

I don't know by calculating volume or some mathematic model, but I have a theory I'll share with you.

I believe the sphinx and the Giza pyramid are pre-flood. As a matter of fact, I believe that the outer tiles of the Great pyramid were abraded off of all four of its sides by the floods currents.

You will notice from pictures that the top of the pyramid still has the outer tiles intact.

That would be the indicator of the depth of the flood water when the entire earth was covered with water.
