There is a easement on my property that allows land locked property access to the main road want to find out if there are any rules or restrictions

You can get a copy of the grant of easement from the county recorders off. You may need to retain an attorney and/or a surveyor to interpret the scope of the easement.

All easements are recorded at the county office where your property lies. Take your PIN (Property identification number) located on your tax bill with you.

You may be able to find out the info you are looking for at your county assessors office. They should have all the measurements of your property and be able to tell you what you can and can not do.

i believe the property appraisers office or on a copy of your survey that you get when you close on a house. The city in my town has the restrictions and code enforcement has the codes.

Go to your county office of the regitrar of deeds. you will need the page and book number of your deed. read the registration.

FYI it should already be on your deed.
