murder mystery.....give people a part as they enter, they have to act that part all night.... answers on who killed who in the morning.

I went to a friends parents 25th anniversary party. It was a really mixed group of people and they were concerned about how to get everybody to talk to each other. They asked all guests to bring an item with them that was a clue to a song title. You then spent the night asking to see other peoples items and trying to guess their songs. It worked really well and everybody had a really good time.
For your information I took a jar of hot curry powder....my song was Johnny Cash - Ring of Fire !

YES! I played one at my last party. As we entered, we had to remove an item of clothing, and then put it in a pile. Then, every hour the hostess would pick up an item. Every hour that someone could not guess who it belonged to, another item had to come off, lol. It was so fun...
