how to make a billion dollars?

where would i start and how long?

start some internet site that becomes very popular then sell it to Google for billions. Takes about 2 years maybe 3 years at the outside.

Making money ain't easy, but you have two choices, either to go with commodities, products or services Or invest in stock market. But I think one should invest in forex market because leverage is awesome so as no experience is required, just one must be sharp enough to study fundamentals and technicals of this market.....One Dollar can make One Million, Just intense desire is required
