How do I remove the Front Driver's Side hub?

I have the brake rotor off, now what?

its a 95 lincoln continental. i need to get the hub off so i can pu t the new bearing in it. I just checked with what the first respsonse is and I know what do now.

take the bolts out of the back of the spindle

If you have the rotor off, you are down to the suspension parts. Those you just need to look at to see what needs to be done. You really needed to give a car model and what you wanted to do.
