The reciprocal of a fraction a/b (where both a and b are not equal to 0) is b/a. If either a OR b is equal to zero, either a/b or b/a is undefined and there is no reciprocal.

In you situation, you have a=0 and b=3x. Therefore no reciprocal exists.

And to anyone who has/will say "infinity." That is not true. 1/0 is not infinity. 1/0 does not exists. It is "undefined."

3x/0...I'm pretty sure the reciprocal of anything is just that number flip flopped. i.e- 0/3x=3x/0 1/2=2/1 3/8=8/3 etc....
