This may sound a little cold - but after having my heart broken more times than I'd care to admit....it all comes down to you. Only you can pick yourself up, brush yourself off, and do it all over again.
You need to realize that you are a whole complete person.....that you don't "need" someone in your life. Get to the point where you want someone in your life....then you can let them go when that is what is necessary.
Let the pain go....it does get better....there are other people out there.....maybe someone even better.

Be gentle with it. Don't let anyone get too close while it's healing. Get enough food & rest. Talk to friends/family/anyone you trust. Cry if you need to. Give it time. The heart is resilient. It will mend itself. Be patient. No matter what it is, this too shall pass & life will get better...

Remind yourself of all your good qualities, make a list if necessary. Plan some things to do that you have put off doing, something fun that you have always wanted to do, and do them. Invite your friends for a night out. Go to the mall, have your make up or hair done. It always feels good to have someone pamper you and tell you how nice you look. The most important thing to do is keep a positive attitude and realize these blue feelings won't last forever. Good Luck.

Realise those feelings came from inside you... that they are chemicals and electrical impulses inside your body... and that whoever your heart is broken over was just a trigger for that....

in other words... realize and believe that you will love again.

Time heals all wounds. Some take longer than others, but I think it's always the darkest before the dawn.

time... lots of time.

Just because we love someone doesn't mean they will, or have to love us.

I really miss someone, but all I can do is hope that the decisions he made were the right ones for him, and that he is happy. I love him and I want him to be happy.

I hope you feel better.

Love & Peace.
