My iron is good, I exercise pretty regularly, I take vitamins (multi) and a super B complex. I get plenty of sleep, drink plenty of water.

What is missing?

Are you stressed? Are you satisfied with your life? Tiredness can be natures way of switching you off when the reality of everyday life is too much. Take a break, be kind to yourself and make sure your life is in balance with good things to compensate for the not so good.

Take time out to relax and not be disturbed. Just lay down in your room and focus on relaxing your body.

Also, get your thyroid checked because this can cause tiredness.

Hope this helps

STRESS! You have all he vits and you get good exercise, you have everything, including stress. Cut down the stress and you'll be fine. Most people that have stress stay up but you may work differently. The only resort your brain can find to forget about the stress is to shut down or go to sleep. Talk to your doctor. You might have a sleeping disorder too.

Sometime it's genetic. You may need more sleep than an average person.
