what other tests have to do before marriage except blood group test and thallasemia test. Is there any test to detect Haemophilia career person ?

The state of Indiana does not require any blood tests be done before a marriage license is issued. A woman under 50 does have to supply a medical form. A woman's doctor may order blood tests but the state does not require it.

In Canada we are no longer required to have medical tests before marriage.

In WI, no medical tests at all.

The only test to check for is AIDS and any other sexually transmitted diseases.
