Brackish water is a mixture of fresh and salt water. You will need a hygrometer to tell you how much salt you have in the water.

its the water at a salt/fresh point in nature.....brackish has SOME salt... I'd call a pet store in your area, with the size of your tank. That determines how much salt to put in the water. NO IODIZED SALT, plain, or SEA salt...
