A pen leaked and there are ink spots on the hardwood floor. What should I do?

WD-40.....and it will not harm the finish.....
I used it to take ink off my coffee table

i might ice it yet be careful while scraping it off- (the final factor you like are scratches)place a towel over the gum and scrape gentle with butter knife over the towel- then get rid of extra with goo long gone or any oil based cleanser accompanied with the help of you're quite floor cleanser.(so no person slips) solid luck!!

try using the sponge that's called the magic eraser. i used it while cleaning wierd spots around the house and it came right off.

all you have to do is wet the sponge and its ready to go!

before using chemicals, try it in a inconspicous spot.

i tried the magic eraser last night and it didn't work. just wanted to let you know. i'm going to try the wd-40 later today.

try hair spray or goo gone used the hair spray once on a shirt and it took it right out
