minimoto trike conversion project... where can I get a cheap differential and axle?

got an unused gs901 tornodo minimoto I want to convert into a trike for something to do but need a dif... any ideas what would be suitable?

do they bother with diffs on wee stuff? for example, i thought go-karts were diff-free; you just slither. Quad bike? can't think of anything smaller, sorry.
