I've spent the past week filling out surveys promising money or entries into draws.Yet, up until now not a single cent has come my way?!?

Can anyone tell me what's up with these survey companies? If I would have worked instead of filling out these surveys I would have earned a little more, hah. These companies promise the opposite!

What are some good, legit survey sites? If any.
Thanxs everyone.

You're not going to get rich and retire from taking paid surveys online. Second, you have to join as many survey panels as you can. While you can make some really good money (several hundred a month), it does require some time and effort on your part. Finally You should create a new free E mail to read surveys in ,this will recognize your work.

I always recommend

Definately, work in stead of filling out surveys! It will make you much more money. This is not something to quit your job over, just something to make some money in your spare time (or if you're like me, make a little extra cash from home while you take care of your kids).

First, what type of survey sites are you with? Some only send sweepstakes. Those are a waste of time (not that the sweepstakes aren't real...I even won one once...but the chance of that is who knows what--better than the lottery, but not something to depend on.) If you are with sites that offer points you have to take about 10 to 20 surveys usually before you can cash out. Some survey sites offer both paid (like they actually send you a check) and sweepstakes surveys. Just ignore the ones they send with only sweepstakes (except for profiles...un-paid surveys used to match you up with other surveys).

And, you might have signed up with a scam site. Here's my tips on avoiding those:

And my site listing reviews of some legitimate free survey sites, if you're interested:

But...don't expect to quit your job. At best, you'll qualify for enough paid surveys to take yourself out to dinner once a month.

Try SurveySavvy , it's free to sign up and you get paid to take surveys. I'm a member and it offers you a great opportunity to make a difference and earn money at the same time by taking research surveys online ~ I made $20.00 on my first survey and you also get paid for any survey your referrals take (the more referrals you get, the more money it's possible to make!!!)

P.S. They are a member of the Better Business Bureau!!

Internet is so important nowadays that it becomes a part of your everyday routine. You can read the newspaper, view your email, upgrade your Facebook status, shop online for Christmas presents, Skype with friends, search on Google and so on but the most vital is that you can also get an everyday paid job, a task where you get paid quickly with no headache.

I know someone who works for them so I know it's legit. Once in a while I have enough points for gift certificates, I chose the ones from Amazon.com

Most offer to put you in a drawing for what they consider is a large amount. I think a person has a better chance winning in a legalized lottery then to believe what they tell you.
