Basically, you would need to take your new template and re-create your pages. If you're proficient in HTML, (X)HTML and CSS, you can use an editor program like Notepad - otherwise you might need one that provides a WYSIWYG option, such as FrontPage (altho I don't use it or like it, but many do) providing you have the FrontPage extensions on your server. If you don't have FP, there are some free editors that you can use. Try these: http://www.nvu.com/ or http://www.pagebreeze.com/

If you can't re-create your own web site, I suggest that you contact someone that can, such as a web designer. Or - you can contact the people from where you purchased your template and inquire if they can help.

The template is made by a webmaster. Is the site getting hits. What are you trying to do. If the sight is getting traffic, the template is ok. It might not be to you, but you paid for it, so ask the person you paid to change it, tell them what changes you want and then ask them how much to update it.
Certainly you can replace the template, if you own the Domain.
