Often, the answer is nothing.

You may be able to sell the judgment to a company for pennies on the dollar.

As a landlord, I regularly get judgments that aren't worth the paper they are printed on. They are more a defense against claims against me than anything else.

Have his wages garnished. I have done this. I went to small claims court over someone hitting my parked car. I won and she still wouldn't pay so I just had it taked out of her paycheck. I can't remember where to get the forms to do this though. It gave me a great feeling of satisfaction and also cracked me up that I took it out of her paycheck!!

If your neighbor owns his house and tries to sell it you will get the money then. You have to pay off judgments at that point. Or if he doesn't own and tries to buy he will have to pay off any judgments against him. Otherwise your probably never going to see anything. Sorry.

I am not sure, but maybe you could have him put in jail for noncompliance of a court order?
