I was really surprised at both the bottom two. I thought the Macdonald brothers HAD to go today, but somehow they survived again. Are they just getting through on the Scottish vote? Who would you like to have seen go?
PS If you're not interested in X-factor, don't bother answering this question. I'm not interested in whether you like it or not. I'm interested in the opinions of people who do watch the show.

My thoughts on tonights finals...
Leona, not impressed with tonights performance, but been consistant all the way through
Kerry, Good but think she could stretch herself far more, pretty timid in truth
McDonald Brothers, lot better but still very weak, these two should definitely have been voted out this week
Ashley, not liked this guy at all but I did like tonights performance
Dionne, Great voice but hated the delivery
4sure, Been consitantly good, but blew it this week, they were terrible, just not as bad as the McDonald Bro's
Eton road, Brilliant, simply put
Nikita, like this girl but was not impressed with the choice of song at all..
Robert, Great but you get dizzy just watching him.Great choice of song though
Ray, really good choice of song, carried it off well, confidence growing
Ben, Was worried bout this one... he has such a similar voice to old rod that i thought the choice of song too obvious and thought it would be too like emulating the original.
Still, think he did JUST about enough to give the rendition his own personality
IMO, out of the last 2, the right choice was made, but lets face it, Robert should never have been put in that position, should have been McDonal Brothers and 4Sure... Possibly Nikita or Dionne because their voices just didn't suit the songs they were given, or even Leona, bacause her performance was totally non descript and bland...
What is wrong with the british public, do people think that they should vote for the worst performer out of sympathy just to give them SOME votes and that is why they are getting through... Wake up, vote for who you think is the best performer, either on the night or consistently throughout the competition....
Feel bad for Louis, but if McDonald Bro's don't get voted out next week, I will begin to think it is a fix.... Still, even if they go, think Louis will be there to the bitter end with Eton Road... They are just too good!! A really brilliant blend of voices, with a unique image that doesn't conform to your typical boyband...
Ooh, but Simon Cowell, I know I would.... lol... At least you'd always know where you stood...

4sure weren't all that good, take my word for it. In another life I'm connected to the music business, and anybody with a musical ear will know that their lead singer was well out of tune more than once in both performances.
As to the Scots pair, young men - in kilts -are they after the gay vote, because I don't think so!!!
Personally, I forget his name (and I've even recorded it but I can't be bothered to check it out right now), but the very young white lad with the smile will get to the final, possibly to win. The equivalent black boy ( that one in the last two) won't get too far, simply because he's too much like hard work to watch, with all that leaping about, and if he DOES win, we'll all be in for a treat every time he's interviewed - his entire vocab seems to consist of "Know what I mean" accompanied by yet another little leap.

I love X Factor. Out of the bottom 2 tonight, i would have chosen 4sure to go.
If i had to choose between all of them who had to go, god that's a hard one, um.........either the MacDonald brothers or Dion i reckon. It's a difficult choice 'cos they are all pretty good.
If i had to choose a winner right now that would be extremely difficult. I really like Ben and Ashley.
Yes, i've decided........Ben to win.

out of robert and 4sure, i would say that 4sure were the weaker of the 2.they sang the wrong song tonight,which didnt help,whereas robert was good and entertaining.i also thought the macdonald brothers should have gone tonight,either them or ben. i thought dionne was really good,even though she danced like a chicken,like tina turner.but personally i put my money on nikita,she has real talent,she can sing,she's confident and very pretty,if she doesnt win x-factor,then i still think she'll get a record deal.

I'm Scottish, but live in the West Midlands..but think that the "Journey South" wannabees, "The McDonalds" are tripe..so YES, I was VERY surprised to see "4 Sure"go home tonight.
Ben to win (or Eton Road), both highly original, and entertaining acts :))

As i am from the Midlands myself i wanted 4sure to stay,, i expected Kerry or the McDonald bros to go.. may i also add that the comp will be very hard as the stronger singers are very good this year

yes i agree with you, Robbie has a good voice though and 4 Sure sounded a bit weak at the side of him. But i think they have more of an x factor than Kerry.

I have to agree with you steve ... and i`m Scottish !! But i was shouting at the tv , really sad for them . I think the problem is that ppl are thinking " oh loads will be voting for them " and they are voting for someone else .

not really dont think it was their best performance i think kerry should go shes just 2 boring 4 me dont think nikita is that good either leona has an amazing voice much better than nikita not 2 fussed on ray either.
