Unfortunately, you sometimes have to take some crap when you work those type of jobs. If you don't you'll end up back looking for another job.

If there are plenty of those jobs available, don't worry about it and keep looking until you find someone who isn't a jerk to work with. But the nature of the job is that often both the employees AND the managers can be difficult. You are often paying the price for some other jerk employee who was nasty to the boss.

I think that if you really felt that you were getting "shafted" and should not have been dealt with the way you were then go get another job. I would think that you can find some place that respects your more that what they did. Just look in the mirror and ask yourself if you were doing an good job and if you deserved that type of treatment. If you feel comfortable with yourself on this issue then accept it and move on.

Wouldn't be a wonderful world if we got paid for what we WANTED to do.
Grow up. Everyone has to take a bunch of **** in life. Those at the bottom of the line, like you, get the most. As you get experience and people skills you will move up.
Good luck and don't be so sensitive.

You to grow up and realize what having a job is all about. When your boss tells you to do something...you're not suppose to talk back and give an attitude. Suck it up and do your job. There are plently of people out there who do not always like what their bosses tell them to do, but they need the paycheck at the end of the week.
