OK she is your best friend in the whole world, let her know. Get a friendship care package together.
Send pictures of you together, Your address so that you can write, something sweet for her to eat on the way to her knew home, and remember the whole world is not that big of a place if you,Keep in-touch, this will mean so much to her and you. And You maybe friends for life and in the whole world will not keep you from being best friends.
Friends can be FOREVER NO MATTER WHERE YOU ARE.

IM all the time. Throw her a going away party with just the two of you and maybe a couple of your closest friends. I know how hard it is when your best friend moves away. Remember to keep contact often and to visit her as often as you can. I hope things work out for you both!

Deal with it. I had 3 of my best friends move away and one I lost touch with and she was only 15 minutes away, the 2 one moved away when I was 7 and I just went and saw him in August and he moved to Utah, and my last friend moved to Concrete WA about thre weeks ago and we only live 3 hours away and I rarely talk to her now. So just have as much fun as possible while their still around and visit as much as possible.

I know this is painful for you but the two of you can keep in touch via email, letters/notes/cards and the telephone. You might also be able to visit one another once in a while. Distance does not destroy true friendship so try to cheer up. Both of you will be just fine.

REALLY? aww thats so sad. If she wasn't moving away toooo far, it wouldn't really be that bad. But like REALLY far, i would write letters, meet on Yahoo, or IM, or anything, e-mail eachother, call eachother. Try to keep that friendship relataionship going... I hope it all works out with u..!!

if she is moving somewhere relatively close, you can maybe meet her on the weekends. plus, in this day and age we are so connected by technology, you can always call her, im her, or email her and stay just as connected as you were when you lived close to each other. you just have to work a little harder to stay connected.

oh that's gotta hurt, well maybe it's a big oppurtunity for her parents and she has no choice if shes a real friend then she will keep in contact and you can always make another friend.
