this happened to me and i had to write 3 stern letters to Ireland to aols headquarters in Waterford. After 6 months we were reimbursed for £300. After many frustrating talks with calls centre's and aol online, no joy there, look up waterford address and write, good luck

i have read the 2 answers below mine and the bank will not stop taking the money untill aol stops them not you, aol has too instuct them to do this, this happened to me. please write to them.

I would call their billing department and explain the situation and if that does'nt help ask for the superviser and demand that they fix the problem or tell them youre going to the better buisness burough about them ripping you off and talk to the bank manager and tell him that your not going to be responsible if they keep paying aol which is the worst company anyway

Complain to your bank also,
no-one is allowed to take money from your account without your permission.

You may have allowed them once but you have withdrawn that permission.
Any more money disappears..................contact the police!!!
