A bad day, because you can ditch the bad date and write it off, but you can't write out a day of your life.

That depends. How bad of a date & how bad of a day. If all things are equal I'd take the bad day. A really bad date may be devestating if it's your first one in a while. It may scare you from dating again. A bad date can haunt you for years (though they can also make amusing anecdotes). I have bad days all the time (everytime I go to work! Ha ha. So that wouldn't be too surprising).

Anyway, I haven't had any bad dates in a long time. The man I'm dating now is incredible!!!

The one that is more difficult to end. I could end a bad day by going to bed, but I've only been occasionally successful at ending bad dates that way.
And then there are the factors that make you call something "bad". If you are having a bad day, is it because of what YOU are doing or because of what other people are doing. You can modify your own actions, but generally not other people's. Same with a bad date. Do you just not like the person? And is that because he or she isn't a nice person or is it because of your perceptions or what you have decided that you like?
I say it's easier to fix a bad day because it's easier to take full responsibility for my day than it is to take full responsibility for what I share with another person like I would on a date.
Try five minute dating. No matter how bad it is, it's over in five minutes.

A bad day is worse. There are several reasons, but the two most prominent are:
1. A bad date can be forgotten quicker than a bad day.
2. A bad date lasts for a much shorter time than a bad day.

A bad day. A bad date takes only a few hours and a bad day is.....all day.

you can rectify a bad date...you can't rectify a bad day......you can go back and try to have a better date a second time...but you cant bring back the bad day you had on that one day that was bad...you may have more bad days....but it will never be like the one day that was bad in the first place..dates come and go... so do bad days....
