Can't find a diagram on line without paying up the wazoo for a manual.

Your fuse cover should tell you which fuse is for what circuit. If you don't have the cover, get one.

A blown fuse should be obvious. Are you sure it's the fuse and not the lighter element ??
Get a voltmeter and check for voltage at the lighter plug in.

use a test lamp by testing on both sides of the fuse while it is still in the fuse box, with ignition on if it works both sides it is ok if it doesn't it is probably blown

look at the fuses themselves. the burned out one will be obvious. replace it with the same size fuse.
