I would just leave. Work + Weekend + Restroom locked = Company does not want you there = Go home.

Is the toilet broken or is it just to busy to go? Either way it is illegal for your employer to not allow you to use the restroom.

use it any way. if it is broken make sure you have a key and lock the place up and go to the nearest one. An employer can not disallow you using the rest room

I'd quit. Immediately. That's not only mean, it's also illegal not to provide facilities for workers or let them use them at all.
