Do they just use Windows Movie Maker or do they use something else, if they do can you please tell me which program they use. Thanks.

it's something to learn about directing/shooting and so on... it's adobe premiere maybe too, and other applications. win MM is a shitty program :) but making a video is generally a sense to shoot, or at least I thinks so.

Windows Movie Maker is great for rendering website video that users publish to sites like YouTube. Some may prefer to use different software programs they purchase, but for rendering videos of quality for posting to websites Windows Movie Maker is very sufficient and does a great job. So, unless you have a particular need for a purchased video software program, like a need to render to a DVD, which Windows Movie Maker does not yet do, then stick with Windows Movie Maker.
Just practice with the program and soon you too will be creating great videos you can publish to websites like YouTube. Good luck and have a lot of fun learning how to use the Windows Movie Maker. Now, if you want some instructions you can purchase the book "Windows XP Inside Out", put out by the Microsoft Press. It is a huge book full of many different issues related to Windows Home, Profesional, and Media Center Editions. It has a full chapter on Windows Movie Maker. While Media Center Edition is not referred to by name much, it really is a version of Windows XP Pro, so this book is all that is needed to really get into how to use both Home, Professional and Media Edition versions of the Windows OS.
It is well worth the cost of the book and has a CD with the entire book on eBook formatt which can be installed on your system and the CD also contains a lot of extra features like tools and such. The book also provides tons of extra resourses to go to online. It is about $58.00 with tax, but I have gotten way more worth out of it than what I paid. I strongly reccomend this book to all who wish to get the most out of Windows.

look the answers here r toooo long r stupid (no offence)i use ,and every 1 i know uses windows movie maker they just do special things with it like i think not to sure havent made 1 in ages but if ya right click on a part ov the vid u can do a load ov cool stuff like speed it up r make it look old and all
