I'm a guy who wants to dress up as a girl so bad halloween,but want to shave my legs do my toenails,nails ,get a long flowing wig,makeup done so pretty,wear high heels ,wear some lacy satin under and matching bra,but want to nkow waht kind of dress or skirt outfit feels wonderful on when i get all dress up.gosh i bet it fun being a girl and getting to wear all those clothes when yuo want to feel pretty and good about yourself.i know i will feel great dress as a girl and looking forward to going to a huge party as a girl all night,

I think you pretty much have a good idea of what you want ot wear. Since you have everything else picked out, get something short, but not too short or revealing, but enough to make it a night worth remembering.
