To make big gains in strength you must gain muscle and fat. Hit the gym and eat steak. Look at the strongest men contests, most of those guys look like they are out of shape. The guys that you see on magazines go on liquid diets before posing, they are not as strong as they look.

You need to exercise and eat right. Join a branch of the military and go through basic training. Also you can join the Y. And most important, stay away from Mc Donalds, unless you want to be Mc Fat.
