It is hard. Cause when ever something was coming towards your eye previously you instinctively closed. It i was really hard for me to get over it. I still have to hold my eye lids really hard to keep them from closing. A trick i use is to look up or in the corner of my eye it helps cause i dont have to see it coming directly towards my eyeball. Good luck.

I just pull the bottom down with the same hand I have the lens on and that seems to work for me. I don't use both hands. I place the contact on my index finger and open my eye with my middle finger. That way you don't have far to go with the lens.

use ur index finger to lift ur i-lid, use your ring finger to pull your bottom lid down and use ur middle finger to put your contact in. keep a firm grip while doing this and look to the side a bit but not to far over. Its hard at first but youll get the hang of it.
I had to go to the eyedoctors twice to try to get it in my eye!LOL
