Why Can't I Sign Up On Youtube??????????

When i try to sign up everything goes fine i put everything my password and verification code but when i put sign up IT SAYS 500 INTERNAL SERVER ERROR then it says that something went wrong. What do i do, do i just wait or what??????PLEASE HELP

Google just bought YouTube, so they may have some technical issues.
Clear out your browser's history, cookies, etc. Reboot your computer and check your e-mail for the confirmation e-mail.
Overall - be patient. Spamming YouTube with sign-up requests may get you blocked.
