The Ford dealership says I'm stuck with the new car and I cannot have my old car back. Please advise. Thanks!

What if I did not sign over the title yet to my old car? The backseat does not work. Will that be considered under the lemon law?

Do they have a Lemon Law in your state? Unless you have found something that was 'hidden' at the time of sale you basicaly have nothing you can do. You bought a car and sold a car.

There is no right of return. Once you sign for it, you're an owner.
Buyer's remorse is common, but that doesn't change the fact that you signed a legal contract.
If you bought a house, could you change your mind the day after closing?
NO, you'd have to sell the house if you didn't want it.
Same with the car!
